Concierge Services

Weekly walk through of interior of home to include, but not be limited to:

• Checking that windows are securely shut and locked
• Checking for any signs of rodent inhabitation
• Flushing all toilets and running each sink in the house

• Making sure there were no power outages and appliances, and heating/cooling/water elements are running efficiently
• Arranging and giving access to yearly servicing of heating/cooling systems
• Arranging and giving access to twice annual irrigation system servicing (Fall and Spring)
• Inspect sump pump to make sure there is no standing water, and it is draining properly
• Giving access to any repairman, home designer, furniture deliveries, security system installers etc...
• Referral of any specialized services or repairs to insured, competent and well-established repairmen.

Weekly walk around of the exterior of home to include, but not limited to:

• Inspect any signs of rot on trim or shingles and arrange for repair as needed
• Inspect for any missing shingles and arranging for repair as needed
• Visual inspection of roof and chimney’s and arrange for any repairs as needed
• Inspect landscape and lawn care to make sure it is being properly maintained
• Inspection and supervision of any exterior installs including, firepit, hot tub, mailbox, gas grill, hardscapes etc...
• Making sure home is plowed out and shoveled accordingly during winter months

Other:

• Providing a concierge service to The Kennebunks!
• Acting as point of contact for any inquiries re: area amenities.
• Making dinner reservations and/or arranging transportation services.
• Providing a “Welcome” service for your arrival to Kennebunkport including providing fresh flowers to be placed in the home upon arrival, food or beverage provisions purchased and placed in home upon arrival and a pre-arrival cleaning inspection.
